David Lightburn
Co-founder & Broker
David has been told he’s good at two things: real estate and being tall. Affectionately known as D-Light, David is the co-founder and visionary of Clickscape. He’s been in real estate as a Realtor and broker for over 5 years, is licensed in 4 states, and has an appraiser’s license. In 2009, he got together with David Cummings, strapped on the toolbelts, and set to work to fix all that is broken in real estate. And yes, he used to play basketball.
Kathryn Schultz
Lead Buyer’s Agent
Kathryn has been a licensed real estate agent since 2003. She loves neo-traditional neighborhoods and charming little town squares like the ones in Marietta, Kennesaw, and Acworth. Kathryn loves her son Tab, cat Sammy, Mexican food and, of course, real estate.
Connie Greaber and Ed Neubaum
Agents
Connie and Ed are full-service agents who have closed over 130 transactions during this challenging real estate market. Experience, market knowledge and a strong base of closed clients have afforded them great success. Connie and Ed are real OTP people from Alpharetta to Cumming and Duluth, East Cobb to Kennesaw and Marietta, and throughout the Northwest Atlanta area.
Connie enjoys her free time spent with husband, John, enjoying music, traveling, running, kayaking and visiting with their three college/graduate school children when they are home. Not forgetting puppy NOLA and Mama Cat – her constant companions at work!
Every night, Ed comes home to his wife Ann, and three fuzzies: Gracie, Hogan and Katie.
Derric Nelson
Agent
Derric is an agent who likes to spend his time helping you find the best home, at the best price and with the least amount of hassle. He spent eight years as an appraiser, and now uses that expertise to help buyers and sellers get to the closing table. Outside of real estate, Derric’s interests are athletic activities, reading and his family.
Jennifer Betowt
Blogger & Administrative Whiz
Jennifer divides her time between posting on Clickscape’s blog and making sure the office doesn’t fall apart. She’s a self-taught real estate junkie who has learned the ropes of the Atlanta market the hard way: through a three-year search for her first home. She’s a sucker for historic renovation and loves Queen Anne Victorians and Craftsman houses. Her favorite in-town neighborhoods are Midtown and Inman Park.
Chap Lovejoy
The Man Behind the Curtain
Chap spends the bulk of his time developing new features for the Clickscape site and keeping the existing ones operating smoothly. He’s been doing this computer thing for a while and thinks it might be starting to catch on. He’s a fan of mid-century modern and other styles with lots of glass and interesting angles.
Brittany Hulsizer
Office Coordinator
Brittany joined our team as the “Jack of all Trades,” and spends her time at Clickscape doing a little bit of everything. She hails from the great state of Oklahoma (where the wind comes sweeping down the plains….) but couldn’t be happier to be in the ATL. When she’s not at the office diving head first into real estate, Brittany spends time dreaming of the bungalow she plans to own someday.
Jonathan Carnright
Blogger Extraordinaire
Jonathan’s been infatuated with real estate since an early age so it only seemed natural to choose it as a major at Georgia State University. He’s on a mission to learn everything he can about the built environment, especially when it relates to architecture, interior design, urban planing, and historic preservation. His spare time is spent doting on Gabby, his Italian Greyhound. Jonathan loves exploring Atlanta’s intown neighborhoods and calls Midtown home.
David Cummings
Co-founder
David has always been interested in real estate, especially from a bargain-hunting perspective. Combining his knack for technology with D-Light’s real estate chops, David co-founded Clickscape in 2009 in order to change the landscape of real estate online. By putting the focus on technology and transparency and making excellent customer service paramount to Clickscape’s company values, David hopes to make the web a better place to shop for homes. David likes traditional Southern architectural styles and Cape Cod homes. He lives and works in the greater Buckhead area and wouldn’t have it any other way.
